John has more than 25 years of experience in the audit and assurance field, serving a range of businesses from entrepreneurial, closely-held enterprises to middle-market international companies. He also has more than 13 years of audit experience with national accounting firms. He has expert knowledge in serving a wide range of industries such as private equity groups, real estate, technology, professional service companies and manufacturing and distribution companies. John’s approach to client service starts with ensuring that he fully understands clients’ needs. John assists clients by performing agreed-upon procedures to obtain satisfactory documentation and lender support in order to finance transactions and advises them through complex business combinations.
