Nicole has almost 30 years of experience working primarily with multistate and multinational corporate, partnership, and high-net-worth individual clients. She co-leads the international tax practice, where she assists both domestically- and internationally-based companies with tax planning and compliance. Her clients include large multi-state and multi-national companies in the distribution, technology and service industries. She has become a trusted firm resource for various federal tax matters, including corporate tax provision and deferred tax analysis. Nicole was previously with Tarpley & Underwood, a local accounting firm that merged with Windham Brannon in 2011. Before joining Tarpley & Underwood in 2000, Nicole had a broad range of accounting experience working with a Fortune 500 company where she helped manage the state and local tax group.
